NOTE: I have to thank Samgan at eThaiCD.com for the original translation, which I know well. I retranslated this song after I noticed something pretty cool. This story in places is made of titles of Carabao and Parn songs stringed together! I’ve highlighted any song titles by using all caps and underline. There may be more that I didn’t notice. Feel free to point them out.

*”gor tor mor” are the initials for Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (กรุงเทพมหานคร). Like calling New York City “NYC”.

**She is the type who wears one-spaghetti -strap style tops

***Litteraly the ”rotten water comes out,” but “rotten water” is an adjective that can mean “soap opera”

**** The Carabao song ” Khon Jon Phu Ying Yai” means “Poor Person[is a] Great Person” So this says “Khon Jon” OK, so they’re not “Ying Yai” (Like “I’m even sick of your stupid songs” lol . . . ) “Love Comes to the End of It’s Tracks” is a Carabao song. “Crying Inside” or literally “Tears Falling Inward” is a very common phrase in Thai Love Songs. I don’t know if it’s a Carabao song, but there is more than one Thai song by that title.

*****”Sanyaa Na Fon” is ”Rainy Season’s Promises,” another Carabao song. “Lang Bang” is “Eliminated, another Carabao song. The buffalo head might be the carabao logo, which maybe the boy who likes Carabao songs is wearing or displaying, LOL!

*”Phu Ying Ow Dte Jai” means ”Every Woman is Willful” and “Dtop Meu Kang Diow Mai Dang” “Claping with One Hand isn’t Loud” are both Parn songs. To be left claping with one hand is a metaphor for being left alone when your partner leaves you. Again, “Naam Dta Dok Nai” (Tears Falling Inward) is a very common expression in Thai love songs, and could be the title of a Parn song. I don’t know. There is more than one Thai love songs by that title. “An Easy Matter That the Man Doesn’t Understand [the woman understand’s easily]” is a Parn song

**Tawan Deng (which means Red Sun) is a club in Bangkok where Carabao often plays.

*** “Song Gaai Hua Jai Dieow Gan,” which means “Two bodies, One Heart Together” is a Parn song. “Rak Torahot” is meaning “Enduring Love” is a Carabao song.
