Note: There is of course ambiguity with the pronouns. In particular, I’m not sure who promised they’d “love to death” who, so I took my best guest. I wish English had a word meaning “he/she.” :? Pi Ree says love is like a frightening ghost. Pi Lek says to this ghost,”[Excuse me,] where have we met before?”*

Is there someone who has run into this scary ghost before? It says it loves me to death.
