Note: This song was one of the most played songs on the album that followed the band’s breakout album Made In Thailand, but today it is rarely played. It used to be one of my very favorite Carabao songs. One reason I liked it so much is it contains many easy words in Thai, so it is easy for a beginning Thai speaker to generally understand, and it is fun to sing. The song is a long list of campaign promises (overpromises?), and the tune conveys hopeful, giddy, silly excitement.

*Another translator thinks “หอ มอ ออ” “ha maw aw” is not “the grey building is crowded” but just the sound of groaning trying to get the doctors’ attention. In which case, the whole sentence would be: “No need to wait in line groaning for a doctor.”
**The “ha” at the end of the song is a particle.The particles or their absence make sentences sound more or less polite or informal, more or less abrupt or soft. In this case, it conveys informal politeness and less abruptness.
