Important translation notes (Thanks to the expert translator who helped me so much on this): 1) The title of this song is based on an idiom referring to vegetables that are too old to be used in making soup or curry. So being “too old for curry” is like being “no spring chicken.” 2) The jar of herbal alcohol or ยาดอง (yaa dong) is a jar of herbs soaked in alcohol in order to extract medicinal substances. The herbal alcohol is said to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, alleviate impotence, etc.

So, while this is not a usual way of speaking, แก่ยาดอง (gae yaa dong) would mean to be really into the herbal alcohol.
